Anyone without a firearms licence on file. To schedule and log attendance for an actual training session, use Attendance — create a session with type "Training" there. This page tracks each member's checklist sign-off and shows the training sessions they've attended.

Provisional Licence Progress (P1 / P2)
Provisional Licence holders must attend at least 4 sessions (any type) within each 6-month half of their 12-month provisional period. Provisional 1 auto-advances to Provisional 2 after 6 months; moving from Provisional 2 to Full is a manual step once their full licence arrives.
